We took a year to look at nearly every cloud-based software on the market and chose Nectar. The SOAPs are extremely user-friendly and you are able to build custom SOAP and Surgery templates that streamline the day. The pet’s history is easy to view because anything marked abnormal is in red and catches your eye quickly. You are able to hover over icons to look up information, instead of clicking and being redirected to another page. The system saves so much time that I’m actually done with my charting at the end of the day (instead of taking things home over the weekend to catch up)!

How customizable is Nectar to our own multi-site branding and workflows?
Maintain your unique multi-site branding to provide a unified experience across your locations! You can upload your logo to be included across documents, build your own policies to display to clients in their portal and in their forms, customize your colors throughout the software to match your own branding, modify all your email & text reminder templates, and more!
Is there a way to do bulk price editing?
Yes! You can easily select which clinics you’d like to apply the price changes to, which treatment categories or individual treatments you’d like to update, and make a bulk price update by %, fixed $ amount, or standard pricing.
Can you do data migration if we are on a shared database currently?
Yes, we are able to do our full white-glove data migration off of your current system even if you are currently on a shared database with multiple locations. We provide live team trainings across all the locations as well, tailored by role.
How easy is it to spin up an additional site after we are live?
Very simple! Adding an additional environment to access your shared patient & client database can be in hours, not weeks. You will be able to set up your own custom prices, counts, and scheduling, while enjoying access to the shared inventory list, patient/ client information, forms, and templates that you’ve built for your other locations.
